My Ahem didn't arrive

Make sure notifications are allowed: Settings in Ahem → System permissions → Notification permission.
Silent mode, Focus and Do Not Disturb can hide or silence notifications.
Android: turn on Alarms & reminders (the “Allow on-time Ahems” card in Ahem). Without it, Android may delay notifications to save battery. Some phones also need Ahem excluded from battery optimisation.
Try Test an Ahem in Settings, lock your phone and wait 30 seconds.

Re-Ahem and skipping

Open a delivered Ahem to be reminded again in 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes, or an hour. You can also swipe left on it in All → Completed. To skip just one time of a repeating Ahem, swipe left (or long-press) on it in All → Upcoming.

Sounds

With Ahem Pro you can choose a sound for each Ahem, or record and upload your own (up to 30 seconds). If your phone is silenced, custom sounds won't play either.

Ahem Pro and subscriptions

Restore: Settings → Ahem Pro → Restore purchases.
Cancel on iPhone: Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Ahem.
Cancel on Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Ahem.
Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play.

Your account and data

Signing in is optional and only used to sync your Ahems between devices. To delete your account and synced data, see Delete your account. See also our Privacy Policy.

没有收到 Ahem

确认已允许通知：Ahem 设置 → 系统权限 → 通知权限。
静音、专注模式和勿扰模式可能会隐藏通知或使其静音。
Android：请开启“闹钟和提醒”权限（Ahem 页顶部的“允许准时提醒”卡片），否则系统可能为了省电推迟通知。部分手机还需要把 Ahem 加入省电白名单。
在设置中点“Test an Ahem”，锁屏等待 30 秒试试。

再 Ahem 一次和跳过

点开已送达的 Ahem，可以选择 5、10、15、30 分钟或 1 小时后再提醒；也可以在“全部 → 已提醒”里左滑。要跳过重复 Ahem 的某一次，在“全部 → 即将到来”里左滑或长按它。

提示音

Ahem Pro 可以为每个 Ahem 选择提示音，也可以录制或上传自己的提示音（最长 30 秒）。手机静音时，自定义提示音同样不会响。

Ahem Pro 与订阅

恢复购买：设置 → Ahem Pro → 恢复购买。
iPhone 取消订阅：设置 App → 你的名字 → 订阅 → Ahem。
Android 取消订阅：Google Play → 个人资料 → 付款和订阅 → 订阅 → Ahem。
退款由 Apple（reportaproblem.apple.com）或 Google Play 处理。
