In the app (fastest)

1. Open Ahem and tap the settings icon (top right).
2. On your account card at the top, tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and everything synced to it are deleted straight away from our live systems.

Without the app

E-mail support@getahem.app from the address linked to your account (or tell us whether you signed in with Apple or Google). We will confirm and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details
• All synced Ahems, history, settings and uploaded sounds

Backups expire within a further 30 days. Deleting your account does not cancel an Ahem Pro subscription – cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings. Purchase records are kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat as the law requires. Data that only lives on your device stays there until you uninstall Ahem.

2. 在顶部的账号卡片上点 删除账号 并确认。

你的账号及其同步的所有内容会立即从我们的在线系统中删除。

不使用 App

请用绑定账号的邮箱发邮件至 support@getahem.app（或告诉我们你是用 Apple 还是 Google 登录的），我们会在 30 天内确认并删除你的账号。

会删除哪些数据

• 你的账号和登录信息
• 所有同步的 Ahem、历史记录、设置和上传的提示音

备份会在之后 30 天内过期。删除账号不会取消 Ahem Pro 订阅，请在 App Store 或 Google Play 中取消。购买记录由 Apple、Google 和 RevenueCat 依法保存。只存在于你设备上的数据会一直保留，直到你卸载 Ahem。
